All items are posted out within 3-5 working days

Please contact us should you require your item faster and we will do our

best to accommodate

Where possible we use recycled or recyclable packaging

Bubble wrap is re-used from previous orders

We are always looking for more sustainable options and will

continue to improve in this area

We wont send out anything we are not happy with, and pride ourselves on quality.

But should your item not be what you expected please contact us straight away and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

If your item arrives damaged please contact us immediately.

We will organise for the item to be returned and can either replace or refund upon receipt of the damaged item.

If your item is personalised we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.

All custom orders will have proof images sent for final approval prior to posting out.
